COLLEGIATE CHAPTERS
Colorado State University - Kappa Alpha
At the time of it's instillation, Kappa Alpha Chapter at CSU was the largest installation in Zeta Tau Alpha's history when it became the 217th link.  On March 30, 1990, 91 new members were initiated.  Pledges to the group totalled 19 and brought the chapter total to 110, a new ZTA fraternity record at that time.  Alumnae from Colorado and Wyoming were involved with the initiation ceremonies and Installation Weekend.  The house at 1225 Baystone Drive was dedicated on October 4, 1992.  The house was built to house 55 women.  The chapter was inactivated in 2005.  Zeta recolonized the chapter in the fall of 2007.  Initiation ceremonies for the colony members took place on January 31 and February 1, 2008 at the ZTA house.  Reactivation of the chapter and installatin of officers rituals were held on February 2, 2008 at the ZTA house, with a luncheon afterwards at the Fort Collins Country Club, attended by 150 Zetas and their guests.
University of Colorado - Gamma Theta
In 1947, Zeta Tau Alpha entered the University of Colorado via the colonization route.  Gamma Theta became the 81st chapter.  The school has approximately 9,000 students at that time.  The first pledge services were held on April 27 and installation of the chapter was held on November 8.  Zeta was the 12th Panhellenic group on campus.  The chapter was inactivated in the 1970's.
University of Denver - Alpha Epsilon
In 1921, Alpha Epsilon became the 30th chapter for Zeta Tau Alpha.  There were three women that organized a club called the Styx Club in 1918. That club grew to twelve and petitioned Zeta to become a chapter and they were installed in 1921.  Zeta Tau Alpha was the sixth national orgainzation for women to enter the University of Denver.  The chapter was inactivated in 1934.
